Received a lot of emails regarding the blurred display on DM 1701 after firmware upgrade.

This kind of problem shows up because the procedure of upgrading the firmware was wrong.
Here are the procedures on how to get it fixed.
1. turn off the radio.
2. plug the USB programming cable to the computer.
3. plug the USB programming cable to DM 1707
4. turn on DM 1701 by Pressing and Holding the PTT button and SK1 button (the button above PTT).
5. the radio will enter an "upgrade mode", nothing shows up on the screen and the indicator light flash red and green
6. redo the firmware upgrade.
turn on the radio again, everything should be working properly
