All items come with Baofeng Radio Canada's 30-day return period unless advertised differently. After 30 days, the warranty is carried directly with the manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, or warranty provider.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day return period and we will replace the defective item for you unless the original warranty supersedes our 30-day return period. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

Specific terms are:

  • Customer must request the RMA number within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. After 30 days customer must contact the manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, or warranty provider directly for repair/replacement.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the issue date, meaning the returning product must be shipped by the customer and received by Baofeng Radio Canada within 14 days. RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued.
  • All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns that have not been opened will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Non-defective returns that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be determined by the purchase price of the product. All fees including original shipping and restocking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Non-defective returns that included FREE SHIPPING in the original purchase have an embedded shipping cost that is non-refundable.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
  • We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
  • Once we receive your return, we will ship a replacement or process a credit within 5 business days.
  • Items that are purchased as part of a combo or bundle may be returned separately. For example, a pack 2 Baofeng UV 5R may be returned one of them. If the entire combo or bundle is not returned when seeking a refund, the refund will be discounted based on the cost of the items not returned.
  • If there is something missing from your order, please Contact Us and indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will expedite a resolution as soon as possible.
  • If you want to cancel the order. Please kindly cancel the order you placed within 24 hours by emailing to baofeng@baofengradio.ca as they will be automatically shipped.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Should you require exchanging an item, simply returning the original item for a refund and place a new order with us at your convenience. If you received the item as a gift, and would like store credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment, please Contact Us with the order details and we'll work to help make it happen.

RETURNS FOR OTHER RETAILERS

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than Baofengradio.ca, please work directly with the original place of purchase for return options. We occasionally work with other retailers to ship out items they may not have in stock. 

Please note: Baofeng Radio Canada now ONLY available on Baofengradio.ca and eBay.ca and several retailers and we DO NOT sell on Amazon.ca

MISSING YOUR ORDER NUMBER?

If you don't know your Baofengradio.ca order number, please Contact Us and give us your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. Should you have been lucky enough to have received the item as a gift, please tell us the purchaser's first and last name. We'll do our best to find your order number and email it back to you.

Also, for gift receivers who are returning an item and would like store credit, please Contact Us 

If you’re your order arrived defective, but purchased from another retailer, please reach out to the retailer who sold the bag for replacement options.

  • Products with intentional physical damage.
